Hello, I'm Margaret Osborn!

I’m fiercely committed to guiding post 9/11 combat Veterans to achieve post-traumatic growth, so they can navigate the challenges of integrating into home-life and take control of their own healing process.

If you are looking for a guide who can help you address issues such as healing from a TBI, PTS symptoms, moral injury, or any other trauma-related symptoms, you’ve come to the right place.

My Story

With 5 years of experience working with amazing clients with similar worries and concerns and guiding them to achieve remarkable success, my mission and commitment are to support veterans and their families and offer new tools and new ways of thinking about how to achieve the highest quality of life possible.

My path to becoming a yoga teacher came clear at an early age. Through a midwife center, I met a woman named Carla Harless, who changed my life with her tenderness and care in a time when my life was in a bit of turmoil.  I will never forget how it felt for the first time in a very long time to find a feeling of complete peace and quiet in my mind for just a few moments. I found refuge in her class when in my outside world there was none. Carla offered prenatal yoga that gave me physical relief as much as mental relief.

I remembered I  yawned during one of her first classes and she smiled proudly and said “When you yawn that means the yoga is working!” At the time, that tiny permission was truly an empowering gift to me. I was caught up in so much anxiety that she would think it was rude to yawn that I could barely concentrate on the poses. I was gently introduced to a new kind of compassion- from my teacher and for myself.

At the time I was struggling with self-worth as well as anxiety and depression. Then, when she talked us through a simple meditation I saw the first glimpse of my own ability to manage my own thoughts and it was empowering, gentle, illuminating, hopeful, and relieving.

I feel so honored to now offer the same experience to others. What lights me up most about this work is knowing that we already have within us everything we need to grow and heal, we just have to learn to tap into it.

To that end, this website was created for ease of accessibility and empowerment.  I am completely devoted to sharing as much information as possible with as many people as possible.

It would be my pleasure to guide you to achieve the results you desire or the life you imagine in our yoga classes together. Let’s continue the conversation in the manner that suits you best.
